JGO provides DIRECTION through our University for the 21st Century Entrepreneur

Our University provides you with a basic, fundamental understanding of the principles, concepts and laws that govern networking. This information is time-tested and battle proven. While some may try to put a fancy spin on the basics by creating new “language”, the fact remains this University is the foundation to your Homepreneur career.

While you are performing the most recent direction we will provide coaching to insure proper application of that direction. A competent Golf Pro does not bring a student into the pro shop, describe the perfect swing, hand them a bag of balls and a golf club and say now go do it. A conscious Golf Pro gets paid to provide the student very specific direction. While the student performs the assigned tasks he coaches the student, making mid-course corrections building upon each lesson learned. Coaching is the modeling and then watching over the student as they implement the process. The Coach must make sure that the direction they supplied is working for the student and that they aren't making minor mistakes.

A Golf Pro also supports the student while they continue to learn the rhythm of the golf swing. Support would come in the form of making sure there is time available on the tee box and golf course, always being available to answer questions and supply future direction, recognizing accomplishments and rewarding complete actions. Eventually the Golf Pro can release the student, encouraging them to enjoy the game and play often. In marketing we would call this delegation.
